Micro Lot 3 Estate Blend Pulped Natural / Pink Honey

One of my favorite coffees from this year’s harvest — and also one of our most limited.

This Pink Honey lot was carefully processed to preserve its natural sweetness and vibrant fruit character. In the cup, expect a juicy guava sweetness up front, followed by bright orange zest and a smooth, lingering honey-like finish.

Grown at 3,800–4,300 feet, the higher elevation helps create a cup that is expressive, clean, and beautifully layered.

We have only about 200 bags available from this crop, and once they’re gone, we won’t see the next harvest until the new crop arrives.
